5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) – Hygiene Products
If you are a Consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the Goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Important Information Regarding Hygiene Products
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, certain Goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, as permitted under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
This exclusion applies in particular to:
-
underwear,
-
intimate apparel,
-
absorbent underwear,
-
and other products intended for close bodily contact,
where such products are delivered sealed and the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, damaged, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
The hygiene seal is an essential part of the product. Once the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, the product is considered unsuitable for return, regardless of whether the product appears unused, unworn, or unwashed.
By removing or breaking the hygiene seal, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that product.
6. Returns and Refunds – Hygiene Conditions
Returns are accepted only where permitted by law and only if the Goods:
-
are returned within the applicable return period,
-
are unused, unworn, and unwashed,
-
are returned in their original packaging,
-
and have all hygiene seals fully intact and unbroken.
Products that show signs of wear, washing, odor, staining, damage, alteration, or where the hygiene seal has been removed or compromised, will not be accepted for return or refund.
For reasons of health and hygiene, no exceptions can be made to this policy unless the Goods are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
In cases of defective or incorrect Goods, the Consumer’s statutory rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned Goods have been received and inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions.
7. Product Use and Safety
Products are intended for personal, everyday use only.
If irritation, discomfort, or adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or Goods.
The Company’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant Goods.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory rights or remedies available to Consumers under EU consumer protection laws.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company is established.
For Consumers within the European Union, disputes may also be brought before the competent courts of the Consumer’s country of residence, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules.
